Send PO to vendor to multiple emails?

Hello,

My question is simple but I cannot find the answer, so could you please help?

One of our vendor requires to get their PO on 3 distinct mailboxes.

Do you think this is possible to send PO to multiple emails? I added the emails in MK02 but it doesn't work.

Email will be sent for only One email ID , even if you maintain several in VMR.

If you to send for several Email-ID's then it should be after dumping to User grp Email -ID Manually.

Hi,

One suggestion. Create partner 'Email2' and 'Email3'. Set to the vendor. Create messages by email for these partners. It's the only manner that I know to do it.

SAP has a custom development which can solve your problem. Check OSS 786847.

The other option is to email to a distribution list.
