Request not generated for Maintain plant setting

Hi,

I have created new compnay code and plant in development server, all configuration is done testin gis OK, but one problem we are facing is for

T-code SPRO ->logistic general- tax and goods movements - india - basic settings - maintain plant settings, the request for this is not generating it is showing as data is saved, but it is not saving in any request same problem i am facing for Utilization -> Maintain minimum balances, when othere request are trasnfer from development to quality all othere settigns in developmet are coming as non modifiable, but those two in quality it is displaying in modifiable mode, so i want to confirm whethere we can create the request for those two steps are not.

This has to be done separetly for each client(Dev,QA and PRD).

Yes, this settings are client dependent.
