sd create customer using VD01 can not see Foreign trade

hi friends ,

i am new to SD

i done all the enterprise structure required for SD including Customer Account Group

but when i try to create customer using T Code VD01 , I can not see Foreign Trade tab of General Data group.

please help me .

Hi Aparna,

Please have a look at your account group what you have selected to create the customer master. Is that copied from the account grop" 0001-Sold to party". If yes,still you are not getting foreign trade tab,then Go to OBD2 and double click the accont group copied from 0001, select the radio buttons for that forign trade tab.(or)Img-> Spro->Financial accounting new->Select create customers-> Create the account groups.(Hope this is gives the customer master account group-OBD2)

Hi Satheesh,

i have not copyed it from 001 Sold -to- party but created New one ,

do i have to copy it form 001? otherwise no options .

HI Aparna,

You can create as you wish from scratch. Like create the account group.

But good practise is copying it from the existing one because of the many standard settings. You can modify this by selecting the appropriate radio buttons to the field as " Optional, Required.... sort of options from the account group.

For your required field, select the specific field as " Required",then that will become as mandatory.

As you suggested i deleted my Account Group and again copyed from 0001 but still facing same problem

i can not see thes tabs .

HI Aparna,

please check that whether you made relevant account group settings for the said customer account group in t-code obd2

go to the t code and find the account group for which the tab page is not coming.

then double click over the general data tab page and see wthether all he field are suppresed or not for the tab page that you are asking if yes make the radio buttons optional or of other attribute but do not make them suppresed

upadate so that other solutions can be proposed

I created one Customer Account Group ,

in General Tab i Checked Foreign Trade Tab field and there it is optional entry ,

even i made it Req Entry but still it is not displaying .

same way i can not see Payment Transactions tab as well

settings for that also is Opt Entry
