Split Valuation

Hi All

I have the following scenario

The client would like to implement slpit valuation on certain materials.

The valuation types to be created is

1. New

2. Reclaim

So effectively I have 3 valuations

1. New - R100

2. Reclaim - R50

3. The average of the above - R75

When I create a PO is pulls through the price from the blank valuation - R75,

Is there anyway I can get it to always use the new price, in the example - New - R100.

Hi Vinesh,

Pl. select the appropriate valuation type while creating po so that resp. price will be picked up.

Is there any other way?

What would happen if there is an auto PO?

Basically they would not like hte end user to specify new vs reclaim, but that decision must be done by the stores person picking the good. I know its not the best process, however that is what they would like to implement?

HI,

I think in this case you should check the valuation type while creating auto PO.
