Support Pack Stuck in BI

Dear Team,

At the time of Patch uptdate in BI server the patch of BI_CONT is stuck in XPRA_EXECUTION phase i am trying to re start the queue again but it stuck at same stage again can u help in this issue server detail as follows.

OS -- AIX

DB - Oracle

Component version - SAP NetWeaver 2004s

Looks like a problem with the environment variable.

Kindly ceck DBLIBPATH at OS level.

Dear Nirmal,

Before apply this patch i apply other patch and all patch working fine but when i stuck in BI_CONT.

and i was not able to delete the queue i reset the spam through se37.

one of my friend told me that after reset the spam not possible to resolve this issue.

we should restore the system can you help me i this issue because

i do not want to restore the whole system.

Do 1 thing, for a quick resolution raise an OSS with SAP.
