Release strategy for PR

Hi,

i want to give following value (I mean in that format) in PR release Strategy(Overall Release). (I know that fiels is GFWRT.)

>5000-<50000. But while enterning this value sysytem give following message.

+/- sign not allowed for value >5000-<50000.

Is there any setting to made it possible, or any alternative way for it?

You just leave one space between the number and the seperation. you will not get the error

Hello,

are you sure that you allow negative values for this field?

Maybe the first thing is to check the characteristic definition through transaction CT04. The field "Negative Vals Allowed" must be flagged.

PS: if you don't know the characteristic name, you can list the characteristics of your release strategy through CL02.

But it is not a -ve value. I want to give interval like less than 50000 but grether than 5000.

but i am not aware how to give it.?

Hi,

Please put a space between the two values like this >5000 - <50000.The system will allow you to enter this.Also, please make sure you have selected, interval vals allowed check-box in the Basic Data tab.

Kindly check whether you selected "Interval values allowed" and "negative values allowed" while defining the characteristics.

You can define the negative values in the values tab while defining the characteristics.

You can try the format:

-5000 - 50000

Hey, I have a question: Why do you need negative values for price field?
