Hi, I had a data load that was initiall set up as a flexible update and the data load was taking 17 hours to load 600k records. The load type was changed to direct and it it went down to about 1 hour.
I set it up as a flexible because the datasource had both the attributes and text and I thought this to be the best way to populate the attributes and text. So instead of a text I'll have an attribute called name.
can anyone explain the difference in load time between flexible and direct?
It appears that this is not the issue. A follow up data load on the direct load was also taking way too much time. So far it seems like the intial load works fine and the follow up ones take too long.
