Email when workitem is forwarded to other users

Hi All,

We have a requirement to send an email to the new agent when a workitem is forwarded intimating the new agent that an workitem has been forwarded and pending for your action. Can anyone through some light on how we can do this. Workitems are forwarded UWL.
