Hi all,
I need information about the location or the available options to store the .jpg Files related to employee photo's.
So far I got the customizing to get the file object
1.- Document type HRICOLFOTO must exist with document class JPG. (OAC2) check
2.- Document type HRICOLFOTO must be linked to object type PREL and IT0002. (V_T585O)
3.- Check which content repository (Archive) is linked to document type HRICOLFOTO and object type PREL. (OAC3) In the standar customization this repository is the A2.
4.- Create this content repository with storage type FILE archive.(OAC0) The A2 content repository type "RFC archive" and this one got a standar RFC Destination "A1_FILENET".
This RFC Destination allows me to store the documents in a Fyle System? Inside the DB of the Destination System?
On the other hand, in the OAC0 I could define a "HTTP content server" this option allows me to store the employee photos in the content Server?
Could anyone give some guidelines on what could be the Repository of the employee photos using minimal or none developments in order to display the employee photo in the General information service for the MSS.

1. Tcd:OAG1>> deactive data provider Cacha
2. V_T585O
Obj.type Doc. type Description IType
PREL HRIEMPFOTO Photo of employee 0002
3. Tcd: PZUSWHO >> display employee photograph
4. Tcd: OAAD >> PREL HRICOLFOTO
5. make sure if note 1033356 is applied.

Hi,
Very usefull information what I still need to clrify a couple of things (we are very close to an asnwer):
When we applied this settings:
Set DocArea to be 'Archive Link'
Storage type - set to R/3 Database
Choose Version no. 0046 (or the latest one that is available)
What does this mean? We are working with the content server? we are storing the files inside the ERP DB? Inside a folder path inside the ERP server?
When we left the protocol empty, I supose that we are not using RFC destination and the photos are stored inside the ERP server?
We are working with ECC 6.0 EHP4 and I am not able to see the settings Basic Path, Archive Path and Output Device, and there is only one setting "Transfer drctry" this entry represents a folder path inside the ERP server where the photos would be stored?
