Error in OB52

While chaning the posting period with OB52 system is giving below error message,

Define a leading ledger

Message no. FAGL_LEDGER_CUST023

what can be the problem.

Thanks for reply, just want to confirm we rae uing ECC6 patch level SAPKH60018, but we rae not using New GL, then what setting can be done to solve the problem FM is active in our system

I faced the same problem with upgrading from 4.7 to ECC 6.0. The note that resolved the issue was 1510396.
