How to see a self-developed iView in the Portel Content?

Hi everybody,

I followed the instructions to set up a Portal (6.0 SP 2) with the PDK. Now I just wrote a simple "Hello-World" iView and deployed it into the portal server. It worked fine when I clicked to test it in the Java Development Inspector.

But...

In the Portal Content I can not find my self-made iView? How do I get it there? I coudn't find any documentation.

I'd appreciate your help!

    Hello Tobias,

do you see your iView in the Content Administration? If yes, you have to add your iView to a page and assign this page to a role. Then you can access your iView through the normal navigation.

    Hello Tobias,

Please follow this url in order to get the documentation:

http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sapportals.km.docs/documents/a1-8-4/how to integrate a web dynpro application into sap ep 6.0

You can also navigate from the Web Dynpro Developer Area and you will find the Portal Trilogy.

    Hope that helps.

    Karin
