SAP B1 Add on Installation

Hi Friends,

Actually I am facing a problem in my sap b1 server. The problem is when I open DTW add-on it is going to install again and again and same problem with MS excel file also so please give me your solutions.

Hi Naveen

First you have to login with administrative rights log in that system and uninstall the office and DTW .

Reinstall the office and DTW ( Make sure DTW version with server SBO Patch level)

Please let me know the OS and SBO version.

The probable problem can be as follows -

1. You are not logged-on as an administrator in the concerned sandbox.

2. You have recently upgraded your SBO version but the client part / concerned of it was not upgraded properly.

3. You have an unsupported Office version with respect your present SBO version.
