Quantity Split During Order Creations

Hi PP Experts,

We have a client requirement for the FG Process Order Material A is required 300 KG. They want to split based on the Capacity Requirement.

For Eg:- If capacity is 100 KG, they want to divided into 3. So Quantity has to be split into 3 times(ie) 100 KG X 3 times.

How to capture this scenario during order creation.

Note :- In Receipe they will maintain only 300 KG. During the Order Creation Stage only they need to split.

Hi Sharma,

Thanks for your reply.

As per your suggestion system is creating one more production order, as well as we are not going to do the cost run against the product cost. we are running order wise cost / Batch wise cost.

Customer requriement is not to create a seperate order, only the component has to be splitted as per the requirement and all the components assigned to the operations.

Kindly help me to sort out this Scenario
