Issue in loading in Multi-byte characters(European Characters)

Hello,

I have been facing an issue in the loading of multi-byte characters which are European characters. In the project ,we are loading data in the text file and file format is fixed width but the issue is: Fixed width has not been maintained when European characters present in the data. The following is the information about the system:

1. Source: Oracle with code page UTF-8

2. Data Services Engine with the code page UTF-16

3. Text file with the code page ISO-8859-1.

I have tried text file with the code page UTF-8 also but this one also did not work.

Could anyone urgently help or guide in this issue?
