Landscape : TM- EM - FIORI ( Fiori is connected with EM).
When load end is reported from Fiori event is getting updated in TU but same load end event is not getting reflected in FOR (Freight Order) as reported. There is a delay some time 7 Minutes some time it takes 2 to 4 hours. This is not happening in all cases happening in certain cases which we are unable to figure out the delay.
Initially we thought this is because of locking issue but we have a background job schedule for program /SCMTMS/PROCESS_TRIGGER_BGD for every two minutes. We have analyzed and also debugged this program to find what all are the objects getting lock and are not getting released unfortunately no break through . Any suggestion in which direction we should further analyze .
