ESS workflow documents missing

ESS workflow documents missing

All pending as well as completed workflow documents pertaining to

personal information / nomination /address etc. have stopped appearing

in the universal workflow tracking tab of ESS.

Only completed Leave Workflows are appearing in thr Tracking Tab of UWL

Please Advice

All long pending workitems.

I don't think these applications use WF. Did you customize to use it?

Please provide more details on that so that the community can help you.

Hi ,

Sorry for late reply.

We have not used standard services as if any data changed in Personal information it requires approval from Head of the Department.

We used to track these "In progress"workitems in UWL -Tracking tab as to check it is pending with whome [Manager].

Tracking tab is having history for "completed" workitems as well "in progress" work items.

Now the problem is on Production Portal long pending " in progress" workitems are suddenly disappeared from the UWL as no action was taken on them from long time.

I am unable to get any clue regarding the same

Is this related to workflow archiving on portal..

Please through some light on the issue

you had implemented the WF for personal information, usually in standard there is no WF associlated with personal information?
