Dear All ,
I want to know if we can create stand alone application for business process designed in process composer.
e.g.
If I create UI using form Process context menu Apply Templete -> UI Task Generation -> UI Technology as WebDynpro , it ceates UI in WD . but this UI can be used through URL http://<ip>:<port>:irj .
is there any way to give customized aplication with seperate application url for Business Process. also give additional functionalities such as start process , terminate process or reassign task from customized aplication?
Regards
Kavita
What exactly are you trying to achieve?
Calling the WD task UI from outside the portal? Or implementing your UI without using WD?
Both things can be done in NW 7.3 (currently in ramp-up) by using the Task API.

As Christian pointed out, with SAP NetWeaver 7.3 which is currently in ramp-up you can use the new API to retrieve tasks without the need for UWL (i.e. the Portal) and thus build a standalone WDJ application. With the current release of CE 7.2 you require the portal for the UWL functionality.

Hi Kavita,
All the application that are deployed to CE server can be accessed from portal (/irj)
Why you don't want to access the application from portal ?Any reason ?
Alll the start, manage, terminate etc (Administrative tasks) can be done from Netweaver Administrator (http:/host:port/nwa)
Goto Configuration management->Processes->you can find all running processes.
You can find many articles on BPM administrative tasks.
