How to stop the email being sent by the workflow - WS01700044

Hi,

In FSCM Dispute Management, we have a requirment to stop the email being sent by the workflow - WS01700044.

The underlying task in it is TS01707928. This Task sends an email to the outlook as well as work item to SAP inbox.

We want to stop the email being sent to the outlook. We found that email and work item are interrelated and when we removed the email address from the task, the sap work item to sap inbox is also stopped along with email.

Removing the email id from the user profile is not a suitable option.

Also maintaining as a Regular user in transaction : UDM_CASE_PROCESSOR does not help as it also stops email notification as well as work item to sap inbox.

Please suggest the possible ways.
