Installation of enterprise portal

Hello,

i will install the enterprise portal. i have installed the package SAPinst_SP_WAS640.exe with the sap application server 6.4 and the sap netweaver developer stuidio 2.0.4. i read that there will be problems by the installation process. have i to deinstall my application server or/and my developer studio? Need i my sql for the enterprise portal?

i read also, that in the enterprise portal web side in the installation package there are only 1 of the 4 needed files?
