User login failed

We have XI 3.1 SP3 and have SSO enabled.

One of our user is getting error logging in to Infoview,

"Account information not recognized: The Active Directory Authentication plugin could not authenticate at this time. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your technical support department"

This is happening for one user, others are able to Single Sign-on. For this user even if he enters the credentails it is giving the above error. I tried deleting his AD acccount from CMC but no luck.

Any idea why it is happening for a user, but not for others.
