Templates from REPORTS/Wizard folder do not download in some cases

Hello Experts,

We are working with SAP BPC for Microsoft, Release 7.0.115.01, on Windows XP machines with Microsoft Office 2007.

We have an issue when downloading templates from the REPORTS/Wizard folder. The templates do not download from the folder in some specific computers so these users are not able to use the EVHOT functions. We have tried many workarounds already proposed by you in the forum, for instance:

- Clearing local information data and connecting again

- Trying to increase the template version in the Admin panel

- Reinstalling the BPC (both client and admin) in the local machine

- Checking that the users have exactly the same user permissions in BPC, the domain and the local machine

- Check the XCeedzip.dll version is the same in local than in the server

- Many combinations of the previous steps

We are running out of ideas. I cannot understand why this is working properly in some computers with a couple of user ids, and the same user ids do not download the templates in another computers.

By the way, there is no error message nor in the client nor in the server event viewer. Just something curious: if you open a template manually and save it again in the same folder, you normally get a popup asking you to confirm if you want to increase the template version. We are not getting this popup in some of the affected machines.

I will really appreciate if you could help us with some idea or workaround.

Many thanks in advance,

Albert Mas
