VI01 - Item Category & Account Assignment Category - Problem

Hi Gurus,

In VI01I want to create the Freight Cost document.

Each time and for any given item, the system select the following without my being able to change anything to it:

ITEM CATEGORY:

- Item category: 0007

Now, I have made all definition and assignments into SPRO and I want to have this selection instead:

- Item Category: ZTCP

These are the assignment shipment cost types and item categories related to ZTCP:

Shipment Header 2 Manually 6280 Determine account for shipment cost item

Shipment Header 3 Manually 6280 Determine account for shipment cost item

Shipment Header 4 Manually 6280 Determine account for shipment cost item

Shipment Header ZTCP Automatically 6280 Determine account for shipment cost item

Shipment Leg 1 Automatically 6280 Determine account for shipment cost item

Load Transfer Point 5 Automatically 6280 Determine account for shipment cost item

Border Crossing Point 6 Automatically 6280 Determine account for shipment cost item

Account Assignment Category:

- Account Assignment Category: K

The account Assignment Category I want the system to select is this one: Z for Shipping Cost

Perform the below steps:

1) Menu Path: Logistics Execution > Transport > Shipment Costs > Shipment Cost Document > Shipment Cost Types and Item Categories

You have to mention the account assignment category Z inside the Item category

2) Tcode OLME

You need to maintain the combination of account assignment category and item category as its mandatory for the PO generation.

so maintain the combination of item category 007 and account assignment catergory Z
