Hello Experts,
I want to configure shifts for Technicians which based on it to assign service orders. I did the required configuration but still when I assign the technican out of its shift, it is just getting warning message not error. In meanwhile, Availability assignment block on Employee master data under service arrangement not allow me to assign available times as shown below:
How can I resolve this? Your help is highly appreciated and rewarded.
