Drill Filters In Block

Hi All,

I have created a report with two separate tables namely Block1 and Block2.

I have enabled a drill filters in my report.It reflects both the blocks.

But the requirements is,I need a drill filters only for my Block2.

How can I achieve this?Can anyone please help to solve this?

You can use for Block1 the objects from the first query only.

For example:

=[Query1].[Region]

and for block2 you use the merged dimension:

=[Region]

If it doesn't work you can try this other way of solving it (check this link):

Hi PadawanGirl,

I have a doubt....In my another report I have created Period To Date data for only one company that company is chosen from query filter prompt.Now i have enabled drill filters in that report.I have applied same logic (ie.,) =[Company]+"".But I got all company values without drill.My query filter is not working in this situation.Do you have any idea?

And how many queries do you have? 1 or 2?

If you have 2 then make sure that both queries have the same query filter prompt.
