    Hi, did you ever find an answer to this? I have the same issue. i can search for the target group in CRMD_TM_CLDIST but when I try to select it I just receive the message "the action assign target group could not be performed on some of the items"

    Regards

    Mike

      Issue solved through an SAP message thanks to advice from a member of SAP development:

      Assignment section:

      Use Profile flag must be checked

      Profile = BRLY

      Default Agent Group = The target group of the agents. (Select using F4 to make sure it is spelt exactly)

      Call List section:

      Group By --> Agent checkbox must be checked

      The key point is that all agent employee BPs in this target group must have user IDs attached. If they do not the call list will be generated but will not be active and will not have any agents assigned.

    Hi,

    you cannot assign target group to call list assignments.

    When you run the campaign with target group, all the members of the target groups gets added to call list.

    In assignment you can see the Campaign for which the call list is generated.
