Text Types in PLMD_AUDIT

We would like to be able to display different text types on the Text tab in PLMD_AUDIT, dependant on the Audit Type.

I.e If Audit Type is 10 or 20, the Text types are as delivered i.e Description, Note and Audit Location.

However, if the Audit Type is 30 or 40, we want to display text types Exercise Report, Inspection Summary and Sation Comments.

I have already set up the new text ID's in SE71 but where do we decide which text ID is to be displayed? Maybe we will have to use an enhancement point?
