Step to set up R/3-Backend to use ABAP-Proxy

Dear colleauges,

We have installed the XI-Addon onto our R/3-Backend and

have configured it with sxmb_adm as a local integration

engine. By calling transaction sproxy we got the error

that the connection could'n be established.

What else to set up on the R/3-System in order to see

interface from the integration Builder?

Hi,

please check the XI 2.0 Configuration Guide Chapter 5.3.

All settings to connect to SystemLandscapeDirectory and establish connections are explained there.

Attention: XI is always a unicode system. Application systems often are non-unicode.

you need to make a couple of entries in the table SPROXSET.

XI 2.0 documentation has more information on this.
