Condition for only information purpose

Dear Expert,

Is it possible to create the condition only for information purpose? I mean create the condition defined fixed amount but no cashflow generated from this condition.

Hi Tima,

Yes u can create a condition type for information purpose. This can be done at configuartion level or even at the contract level. We need to use the field "Condition Purpose". The value of this field is to be set as "Statistical". This setting of value can be done at the cofiguration level of the creation of condition type.

If u dont want to do that then we can change the condition purpose of the condition type in the contract in the condition tab. This has to be done at the time of creation of the contract or before u do any postings for the condition. As once the condition is posted the field grey out and cant be changed later.
