How to transfer File CC properties from XI to PI 7.1

Hi friends!

I am working on upgrading XI 3 to PI 7.1.

When I import the configuration scenario and try to activate the communication channel I am getting the error message, caused by the fact that SWCV SAP BASIS 6.40 not exist in PI.

So I need to choose the new type of adapter again, and now it will be SAP BASIS 7.11.

The problem is that all the communication channel settings after this become blank, so I need to copy/paste all the file content conversion line by line.

Is there any way to transfer FileCC saving the File Content Conversion settings?

when an upgrade is done it is recommended that you have metadata imported for both XI3.0 and PI7.11 ...so that the old designs do not suffer.

this is even mentioned in the XI to PI7.1 upgrade guide.
