How can I print a Bar Code ???

Hi,

We would like to print a bar code using a form or a report. How can we do that ??? Maybe we need a special sofware to do that.

Printing a barcode is very easy with SAPscript. I am most definitely sure that SmartForms does it just as easy, but I've never used SmartForms. You may have to get a special memory module for your printer in order to print the barcode.

You need a special hardware component for your printer (e.g. Jetmobile BarDIMM).

Or a software called "barcode.dll" if you want to print on any printer without hardware extension in combination with SAPlpd (for printing barcodes with SAPscript).

In SmartForms some barcode types can be printed without any additional hardware or software (OSS 430887).
