I am using a Zebra printer (LP 2844) attached as a local printer to my workstation. I need to write a label to the printer. In order to do this correctly I must rotate the text 90 degrees. I am willing to use SAPscript or Smartforms. I have read that I need to set the value of S_LZPL_SETUP to '^FWR'. I don`t know Smartforms very well but I do have one writing to this printer. But I don`t know where to set the variable S_LZPL_SETUP so the direction is correct. Can someone help?
Thanks,
Debbie
I tried to do this ether. But you can rotate it its possible. But the result you will get is that every item will rotate 90° but on the position it is in smartform.
NOT THE WHOLE SMARTFORM ROTATES only the items.
If you want to get the whole label rotates it is like a puzzle. I tried a while but never finished.

I haven't tried this personally, but from what I've read:
You can put in the smartform a COMMAND and then you will see Free Attributes of Spool Request grid:
Attribute Name Attribute Value
S_LZPL_SETUP '^FWR'
Put in your values there.
Hope it helps.
