Visual Studio 2010 and Crystal Reports 2010 ver. Load report fail

I am using 3.5 with CR 2010. In my project i save reports (.rpt) to database and later if users can see the saved reports by downloading them from database to C:\ and opening them that location. It worked in 2008 but ever since i update it to 2010 its giving me error messages "Load report fail". When i go to saved location i am able to open it and see it.

More about the error message:

An exception of type 'CrystalDecisions.Shared.CrystalReportsException' occurred and was caught.
