list of STOs with SPED message error

HI

Can you tell me how I can get a list of all STOs where appeard SPED message error?

I mean all STO where IBD hasn`t been created due to SPED message error ( OBD Quantity is higher than ordered quantity which is blocking IBD creation).

Is there any table or raport where I can get it?

is it possible to use it for many STO numbers ? becuase I see that in this transaction you have to run it for Vendor site not for receiving plant

You could use transaction VL71 using Processing Mode '4'.
