Hi,

Header Level you can able to change:

1 - Doc Header Text

2 - Referance

Line Item:

Payment Terms, Text & Assignment fields Etc

Prerequesits:

1 - The posting period is still open

2- The line item is not yet cleared

3 - The line item is either a debit in a customer account or a credit in a vendor account

4 - The document is not a credit memo for an invoice

5 - The document is not a credit memo from a down payment

You can display document changes for all documents with report RFBABL00.

Hi Dewang,

Through the Tcode:OB32 as you suggested I have added the field BSEG-MENGE for field to be changable for Account type S and tried to change the posted document for Qty field but still it is not editable.

Any more settings need to do apart from Tcode:OB32

Hi Syam,

As per my knowledge you can't change/modify the qty field.
