ESS launchpad

Hi,

I want to copy the ESS role in SPRO/Pers mgt/ ESS (Webdynpro ABAP) / General settings / ESS menu for services / Meny for sap role / set up launchpad (Employee services).

I need an additional ess role and add more functionality to the copied role. Any suggestions on how to perform this?
