RFUMSV00 this report as zreport the selection screen was not displaying 2

Hi gurus,

I am unable to display all fields in selection screen when I copied RFUMSV00 this report into zreport. 2 fields are missing

this report generating the selection scr dynamically. It is not displaying 'DATA SOURCE' block in zreport. I activated all again & again .
