office 2010 and Precalc server and gui 7.20 supported?

Hi gurus,

we are currently using the information broadcaster with office 2003 and SAP GUI 7.10 FEP13 and Precalc 13. It is working ok.

In first quarter of 2011 we want to upgrade to Office 2010 and since office 2010 is only working with SAP GUI 20 we also want to upgrade to GUI 7.20. We have installed a test computer with GUI7.20 and Office 2010 .

We do have following configuration:

gui720_4-10007878.exe

xPreCalServer02_0-20006596.exe

We cannot get the precalculation work. Here the rror log :

Does anybody has an idea? Does anybody know if it is supported? Any information about this is welcome.

    Hello Murat...

    Only Excel 2003 and 2007 is supported.

    Please, check the note : 1450271

    Check the attachment.

    Software requirements: u2022 Microsoft Excel 2003 or Excel 2007
