Hi,
we have created an collaboration room with a public document room part.
The users should see the document, but should not be able to change or delete documents.
For that reason we made some settings in the permissions of the documents folder. we choose an admin as permission owner and set the permission for everyone and for the room members to read. But this permission takes no effect to the context menu.. A normal user is still able to delete or edit documents..
Can anybody help, please?
