Inquiry Status Management

Hi,

I don't want to have completion rule of the inquiry position set as "A - Item is completed with the first reference" because I want to be able to create more than one quotation from the same inquiry (I'm using DP81 transaction from Project System).

So I set the completion rule as "Not relevant for completion" (obviously, now the inquiry the status is "Ref not required").

The problem is that now I must select the "All inquiries" check on VA15 list and I'm forced to specified a Sold-to Party or a material the only selection criteria I wanted to use was the "Valid from to".

Any idea of how to manage this issue?

hi,

this cannot be achieved because you need to update the update the status at table level and the tables are VBUP, VBUK & VBFA.

so in PRD we will not be having access to update the value at table level.

or

force fully you have to debugg the inquiry which is completed and set there status as A - not yet processed.

because validation happens through screen levels in SAP.
