Which sap products i need to use sap netweaver

Hallo,

which products i need to make applications with sap netweaver. it is possible that i need sap business suite or minimum sap erp? what i need on the application server? there are all interfaces to all products are there?

NetWeaver is a product!

That's what Shai Agassi would say and this is true. You can get it in a box once it's unrestricted available. This is planned around fall.

Neither the business sweet nor ERP is really needed for this, as from now on technology also comes as a separate product. If you run an application you will run NetWeaver defintely, but may not be aware of it...

sorry, but i can only use a "product" when i can the data from the sap system. And here is my question ones more: what products from sap i need (erp mySAP or ...) when i wont to make applications with netweaver (with the SAP Netweaver developer studio)?

You say that i need nothing to make this, that can´t be true because your people say to me with NetWeaver 04 (and the full synchon.) i need minimum mySAP erp or mySAP Business Suite (which contains the first one). What is right?

Well, not necessarily. But of course this is possible too.

I think I answered this before, but here again to make sure: mySAP ERP will be available on top of NetWeaver 04. Older versions of R/3 can be accessed by NetWeaver via RFC/BAPI.

This is in case you want to access business data already there in SAP systems.
