Problem with file adapter!!

I am trying to send the data from WAS 64 to file adapter. For creating the scenario in Integration Directory, my sender system would be WAS 64 and receiving system will be file.

When we are creating the scenario, we have to define the

Sender system

Receiver system details

The details to be put in are

Service (this is nothing but the system details of receiver/sending sytem)

For sending system my service would be WAS 64.

Please can u tell me what would be the service for receiving system, as I am writing the data to a file???

Thanks in Advance!!

I am not sure, if I understood your question right.

For the file adapter you can create a service as Business Service without maintain data in SLD.

Create a receiver channel to maintain the file adapter data and create a receiver agreement to match an interface with this file adapter.

      Hello Ravi,

Hope u recognised me ! We worked togather in Transco Proj. for sometime.

With the little knowledge I have I think you have to

-Create a Business System(Virtual) in SLD which will accept that File

      - setup a Inbound Interface in Integration Repository and Create a data type(File Structure)map it with the Outbound structure ...Activate

In integration Directory Receiver determination setup the scenario End point determination set this up for ur file adapter(Which u must have configured earlier)

      hope this helps
