How to delete/ edit a profit center in Profit center Master data in SAP Business One?

I am trying to delete/edit a specific detail for a profit center with wrong details in Master Data of profit center table in SAP Business One.

It seems that I cannot edit because all fields are grayed out.

Is it possible to just delete the entry and add the correct one? Because I cannot add another profit center with the same name.

Or is it possible to edit the field with wrong detail?

that fields are UDF fields

You can edit them going to Cost accounting - cost centers

Then in the task bar select View - User-Defined fields

We are not using any add-ons for profit center. How about by using Query? Is it not possible?

Are you using add-on for profit center? In general, it is not possible to delete or edit profit center once transactions linked.
