Is there a way to email a report based on a hierarchy or for the sites that we would have in a report. After running a report, we would like to email those results out to our sites, but only for the sites in the report.

Link your QUery in Sheet1, then in Sheet2 link a copy of the same Query, adding a Characteristic that shows e-mail addresses. Save you Workbook
Site1 - site1@twc.us
Site11 - site11@twc.us
Site12 - site12@twc.us
Site2 - site2@twc.us
Then in VBA loop on the column about e-mail addresses and use Method ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Recipient:= ...
Remember to hide Sheet2.
