We are using SAP CRM 5.2 and have created a transaction with a standard category phonecall. In this transaction, the category can also be set to appointment. We want to filter those activities with category phonecall out of the calendar. If the category is set to appointment, it should show in the calendar.
Difficulty is that the calendar entry is set on transaction level (at definition of transaction types -> Assignment of Business Transaction Categories -> Customizing header) and not on the category.
Is there a solution to this problem?
