how we find how many queries builtin production sysytem.

hi experts i have one requirement , i want provide list of queries built in production sysytem.with their description, technical name, user who created, user who made last change, date of creation, date of last change, # of times run in last 3 months, 3-6 months ago, >6 months ago.

is ist possible with 0TCT_C01, 0TCT_C02 cubes if so plese explain me and let me know how to i procede.

Hi,

For all the information except the number of times a query is run, you can use the view V_CMP_JOIN and restrict the field DEFTP = 'REP'. For run time stats use stats. If your system is 3.x then you can use the program /SSA/BWQ to get runtime stats.

How to check if the query was created on Prod system... I don't know if is possible.

But you can find all of these informations (last change, user ...) on RSA1.

Go to transaction RSA1

Click on Metadata repository

Click Query

Select the desired query and there you will find (example):

Query : ZWA_REVAL_1

Page Creation Date: 14.01.2011 17:05:13

Technical name: ZWA_REVAL_1

Object version: Active version

System: Q99CLNT000

Description (Short): ZWA_REVAL_1

Description (Long): ZWA_REVAL_1

Last Changed On 15.04.2009 10:48:41

Last Changed by WASCHKE *** USER

hi experts give me any program name or any short way because i ahve to close this ticket .when i check in METADAT REPOSITORY iam findng so many queries(morethan 100) so it takes much time ,so please any one knows give me inputs.

Hi,

You can do this with the help of two tables.

Take all your query list from RSRREPDIR.(Field COMPID). And to get the description of these list put these tech names in field MAPNAME of table RSZELTDIR. Txlg field will give you the descriptions.

Or you can take the GUIDs from RSRREPDIR and put them in table RSZELTTXT.

hi thanks vishnu for immediate response and i confusing with your words please elabote it and your saying query list from metadata repository and in which t- codes i have to check please give me step by step solution.

and when i checked t-codes which u mentioned those are not workinh in my system.

Hi,

To access the meta data repository, you can go to the transaction: rsa1 and then select the "Meta data Repository" tab option on the left side.

Hi ,

Go to Table : RSRREPDIR, In your selectin screen field 'COMPTYPE' give the input as 'REP', 'Obj version' as A and execute. this will display all your reports with their tech names in field COMPID.

Now download these tech names and goto table RSZELTDIR. Give all these tech names as input in field 'MAPNAME' field and exuecte. Here your will get the descriptions.
