The easiest way to find classes like this is to do a search for all .jar files containing the text <name of class> , for example IUrlGeneratorService, IPortalUrlGenerator.

    Search under \usr\sap\<pid>\j2ee\j2ee_01\cluster\server\lib, O:\usr\sap\EPP1\j2ee\j2ee_01\cluster\server\additional-lib

    and \usr\sap\<pid>\j2ee\j2ee_01\cluster\server\services\servlet_jsp\work\jspTemp\irj\root\WEB-INF

There is a plugin for Eclipse that look for a particular Class in all the JAR files found in a directory.

      It's com.ibm.wpst.hursley.jarclassfinder (from IBM) and it's free.

For the urlgenerator, the jar is com.sap.portal.appintegrator.sap.bwcapi.jar
