In our Company we use Reports developed with Crystal Reports 8.0. The connection to a SQL2000 SP4 database located in a Server with Windows Server 2003 SP2 R2, is made by using OLE DB (ADO) connection.
Sometimes, Crystal Reports hangs (sand clock) and we have checked that there is no lock at all in SQL at the same time and even there isn´t any process running in SQL2000 Database.
Client Machine details:
Windows XP Professional SP3
Crystal Reports 8.0
May be should I use the process monitor in client machine?
May be should I use the process monitor in Database Server?
Installing Crystal Reports 8.5 will the situation be improved?
Thanks in advance,
Luis
