Assistance with transfering data from customer in Acc Grp CPDA

Dear All,

I have a predicament that requires assistance,

We have through the years slipped on excersizing proper control on the one time customer account 14000. now we have almost 55000 open items in that one account for different customers.

Our idea was to create a new number range using customer account group CPDA with a number range of 15000+. we then went on an created individual cash/one time customer masters with the idea of transferring the data out of the single account to the individual accounts.

We then realized that we cannot do any of the normal AR requirements (interest run, printing statements, etc) on the customers in the CPDA account group.

It was suggested on the it.toolbox forum by "Roy" that I create a new account group with its own number range (similar to the normal 001 account group). this is the easy part.

now my real issues are

1) can i change the account group of the CPDA accounts (15000) because if I use XD07 the system responds with"Customer 15001 is one-time customer: No change of account group defined Message no. F2688"

or then alternatively

2) i need to transfer the open items from the 15000 (CPDA) individual accounts to the newly created account group's master records

3) after i have sorted out the 35 odd CPDA customers i need to find a way to transfer the open items in the one time account 14000 to the individual accounts.

Best Regards

Gerhard
