Product Sales & Distirbution Data not flowing from N6P to K1P

Hi,

We are experiencing this problem in CRM (K1P system) where some materials flowing from ECC (N6P system) have missing Sales & Distribution data. Our workaround is stated below:

Step by Step approach for resolution:

Step 1: Create a new request in r3ar2 u2013 follow the naming convention so that it can be identified for future use

Step2: One has to identify the field technical name at table level to declare it in transaction r3ar2 in CRM

Step3: Mention these fields with attributes & add the no.of characters for each Product to be downloaded

Step4: Add this info in detail level with required attributes

Step5: Know which Sales Org & Dis.Ch combinations required from business & verify in ECC u2013 Check the Sales Org data at table level and fill the required attributes

Step6: Follow the same sequence for additional Sales Areas

Step7: Process/execute the request

Step8: Ensure it is successfully completed without any discrepancy and then go to transaction COMMPR01 and verify the SAu2019s for each product

Step9: Repeat the same steps for each product individually or add the entire attributes independently under one request name

Can you please help me how to get this issue permanently resolved? We keet doing the workaround and it's quite tedious.
