Revision/Recall Message

Using SRM 7.0. A user orders a shopping cart. The cart is waiting for approval. The user then wants to re-edit the shopping cart before the approver gets to it. When the user who ordered the shopping cart tries to edit the shopping cart - the message in the "Change Box" says - "Change Mode only possible after recall". The processor field is left blank also when looking at the "display agents" - (no user given in that field), but this view does show the status "in revision" . Any idea why the message comes up and the processor is not filled in?

Looks like all that had to be done was to set the standard task 40007936 to "General Task" .
